Samurai Katana - Second Generation - With Fuller

This is our most affordable live blade. It is
constructed of a through hardened 1045 carbon monosteel.
The second generation Ichi Maru has improved blade geometry
as well a cleaner, more attractive fitting and tsuba as
well as two mekugi.
This hand forged, hand
sharpened, and hand polished blade is unbeatable
in value.The 1045 carbon steel is our most affordable
line of live katanas. It is a great light cutter for dojos
and an excellent backyard cutter for everything from pool
noodles to melons, to water bottles on regular basis day
after day.
The 1045 Carbon steel
is slightly softer than our 9260 and 1060 live
blades, but still able to handle occassional tatami omote.
The most amazing thing
